WONDERLAND Riverside held its primary-school production, Wonderland at the Prague Municipal Library May 16. Around 180 students, aged 4 to 11, participated in the production, which was directed by Laura Lyle, a year-three teacher.

The show included short dances and acts from each grade level. The main character, Alice, was played by Bella Wilkinson. Other characters were portrayed by Eleanor Wilson, Remi Clarke, Anna Zvagulis, Zachary Carter, Ladislav Charouz and Caroline Dew. The school was also celebrating its recent accreditation with the New England Association of Schools and Colleges and the Council of British International Schools.

A NEW OPENING The Prague British School officially opened is new primary school in Prague 6 April 17.

The campus was officially opened by Linda Duffield, ambassador of the United Kingdom to the Czech Republic. Prague Mayor Pavel Bém was also at the opening. For the past nine years, the school has been located in Bubeneč.

The search for new, more spacious facilities was a long one that ended last summer when the Vlastina site became available. After several months of reconstruction, the doors were opened Feb. 11.
