The developer is offering a limited-time discount of 10 percent on all apartments, and the opportunity to save 3.5 percent per year if 90 percent of the price is deposited when the future lease is signed. Five minutes away from the metro C line, Prosek is in close proximity to a clinic, a school and a shopping center.
