Dolní Břežany, a town nestled just beyond Prague's southern border, is in the midst of getting a new town center. The project includes 157 apartments organized in 10 buildings around the town's new central square and 21 row houses adjacent to expansive new parks. The main square will also feature a variety of restaurants, cafés, and boutiques, as well as a bank, post office and supermarket. The project's architecture is a fusion of classical and contemporary design principles, providing a pleasing mixture of brick, glass, wood and copper. Additionally, future residents can enjoy protected, underground parking, below or adjacent to each building, and convenient bus routes into the center of Prague.
