Indemnification agreement between the author and Play Competition Organizers

I hereby declare that I am the sole author and owner of the play submitted and that no one else has claim to the work's copyright.

I hereby grant The Prague Post and its partners, The Prague Playhouse, the right to stage the above mentioned piece at their Scriptwriting Competition.  
    
Lastly, I take sole responsibility for the contents of the script, and indemnify The Prague Post and The Prague Playhouse from any possible damages as a result of copyright infringement or other misrepresentations that may result from its being performed.
