That is a fair summarization on CSSD party.
However,the other socialist parties of Europe also do not have anything better to offer that would be enticing to new voters.The coalition with them is therefore no winner for CSSD.They will have to modernize their thinking about "welfare state" completely.

The undeniable positive in the election was the electorate. At least the opportunity of change will occur as elections come and go. This is the most precious asset the constitution has and its protection is paramount to its people. The political process should only ever be a servant of the constitution and accept its limitations within that. Non acceptance of limitations only ever leads to power abuse which as the elections show leads to powerful public distain. Regarding the CSSD it appears they received the most votes; that has to be worth a glass of champagne.
