Frank Gambale recorded 2005's Natural High with a trio of international jazz all-stars. Born in Australia, the virtuoso rock-fusion guitarist made his career in Los Angeles in the 1980s, and for the Natural High album took on Alain Caron, a fierce, funky-rock electric bassist from Canada, and Otmaro Ruíz, the noted avant-garde fusion pianist from Venezuela, now also based in Los Angeles. These are three top-notch musician's musicians. Tickets, 350-400 Kč, are only available for the second of two shows Friday, March 22 at Agharta. A 10:15 p.m. performance has been added by popular demand.
