The time frame from 1990 and onwards for a western language to explore another culture; required a dual vision; this maintenance of vision has a degree of difficulty few understand. Time and place by accidental geographic; or planned, in a buffer zone of fast changing values and life's; recording this was this mans indispensable legacy.
