I've personally enjoyed Park Cafe on several occasions, and I'm genuinely surprised you only gave the restaurant 1 measly star for food. From your descriptions it was a pleasant dining experience which sounds more like a 2-star rating at the least.

Worth the visit if your a mere peasant like me; you could beg a glass of water and it would be worth it.
