Being from Texas, I've tried all the self-professed Mexican restaurants that I could find in Prague. Once I found Las Adelitas, I stopped looking. The food is fresh and reasonably priced. Easily the best Mexican food in the city. I took a friend from Mexico City last weekend, who agreed! Favorites are Tostadas de Tingas and the red chile stew.

I agree; Las Adelitas is the real deal. My my, how far we've come from the ketchup and Doritos days of yore (and present at other "Mexican" restaurants in town, for that matter).
