"Even more interesting are some of the creative options like the Aussie; topped with beetroot, bacon, fried egg, pineapple and cheddar."

The traditional Australian hamburger includes a couple of slices of canned beetroot, a fact which bemuses our American friends. Frankly, I can't imagine a decent hamburger without beetroot. Pineapple and a slice or two of processed cheese, not cheddar, have always been optional, as have the fried bacon and fried egg. Needless to say, the Australian hamburger is a world apart from the things sold as hamburgers by the likes of McDonalds and Hungry Jacks.

The question is, "Is this ACTUAL Kobe beef or the fake Czech raised stuff?"

The other restaurants in Prague advertising "Kobe" beef usually serve the Czech version. Sorry, honey, but that ain't it!
