BLT maker versus certified sandwich artist falls to same category like janitor versus sanitary engineer.Did you not know that?
The blogger like me versus Mark Twain.Lab Technician versus Nuclear physicist, etc, etc.

what the hell is a certifed sandwich artist? How many years do you have to study to get that qualification. You must be making megabucks. I want to be a certified sandwich artist.

I've been to this place. Really the best BLT sandwich I've ever had. And I know a thing or two about sandwiches (being a certified Sandwich Artist lends weight to my opinion). All the places listed by Jackson Kale (what an awful fake name :s) are clown shoes in comparison. You need to learn a few things about sandwiches, Prague and life my friend!

"...with real bacon". I would like to point out to the author many establishments in Prague use the "anglicka slanina" variety as bacon. The trick is that they buy the almost the best cuts and then cut approx 30 percent of the fat away on the left or right side (depending on where most of the fat is located) and then fry it up the best part remaining, without any oil. Absolutley any fool can make a decent BLT. Agree with the above comment, cafes are two a penny in Prague. Nevertheless, wish these guys well, might drop by for the BLT.

The cafe/sandwich concept is hardly new or innovative, even for Prague. What about places like Cafe Meduza? Cafe Ebel? Cafe Erra? The Globe? Or even (God forbid) Bohemia Bagel or Starbucks? This article needs to have a more expansive view on such establishments.
