The emerging trading relationship and interpersonal mutual interests between Russia and China will soon be in the public domain. The private domain of the last USA administration is passing into history. If it is possible for the new USA administration to listen to the fears of Russia and compromise, other potential countries who pose a real threat will be contained much easier. Russia will protect it's interests and seek friends; and if trust is to be the prevailing dynamic, history suggests its the 'West' that needs to compromise. Partnership or silo's? . It would be a nice to see some mature changes that made a safer world.

NATO spells trouble for its membership since it is an arm of the imperial government of the United States. Instead of promoting peace it has taken to promoting and engaging in WAR after WAR with no end in sight.
