The 'Trial' of this ongoing argument to Kafka's legacy of his works seems at home in his own literary work. A priest would be no good hear as Kafka would not want the dependence. Its like his work is on 'Trial' today and probably makes him turn in his grave. The lawyers, the judgements, the legal mess. What has struck me from a moral point is Kafka's sisters and family were all sent to death camps where they died. It was Kafka's wish that his remaining work be burnt; he asked this on his deathbed. He was interested in law, religion, why some are judged. This indulging in bureaucracy engagement to decide the fate of his work leads to moral. His death bed; his mortal wish that his work be burnt; was judged by another as not what to do. In some ways it reveals the sickness of the human condition, mistrust, untrue judgement, and the many judgements that betray other humans all the way to the grave. Burn Them.
