If you have 0.3 mg, you are not drunk. Most of the people will drive exactly the same as sobber with this small amout of alcohol. But it is not good drink and drive. The policeman nowaday have a problem with this small amout of alcohol, usualy as far as i heart if this happend they will send the "drunk" person to other alcoholc test after 30minutes, and in the second test it will be OK (the person will be sober so no problem). The policeman are wasting time on it. And this small amout of alcohol can be reach just by eating for example chocolate with rum flavor. So i strongly belive that it is better to just give a fine bellow 0.3mg (the fine can be higger in my opinion) and if someone have more that 0.3 - take his driving licence just after the first alcohol test.

Would the Senators like the job the policeman has of informing the parents that thier son/daughter has been killed in a drink driving accident?
