The disturbing trend in this is that politics have no chance of working. The current 'tri-chamber' of lower house; upper house and ODS presidential preferred policy is making a mockery of any democratic platform of resolution. When there are two ODS policy makers; one which holds an executive veto; any debate is cancelled by default of presidential premeditated political preference. It is no wonder the country cries out for a credible political sytem; this is as farcical as politics can get.
