I have been suffering after being a week here in Prague, with all of the ambulance and police sirens constantly, hourly and daily.

Make me think this city is full of crimes or perhaps too many accidents or sick people that need to be carried by the ambulance. Either early in the morning or late at night, this kind of noise pollution especially constantly is just really a pain in one's ears. I hope it is not a misuse of the ambulance or police personnels using the siren to get over the jam. Can someone explain?
