As far as the printed interview goes it's hard to find a stable point of reference.The hovering scene supports the vague escape to the hotel bedroom. The percentage quotes are like a 'cover on a managemet report' to promote confidence. It is with concern that any country sends personel into danger; the care of these personel has to be paramount.
