Medicaid overpaid providers $98 million in Maryland. $235,000 for 8 clients who were dead! The fat medical cats charge extortion; but health inspectors are after em; and helping insure American citizens from the savings.

"A separate study released by the UK's Center for Retail Research found the Czech Republic had the highest amount of shoplifting of any EU member state. According to the study, losses by Czech retailers from theft were up 6.5 percent from the year before to 8.7 billion Kč. Losses from theft accounted for 1.47 percent of retail turnover, up from 1.38 percent last year."

After the first study, can this study be believed? Don't Czech retailers commonly lie about theft to reduce their taxes?

"At Albert supermarkets .... the number of shoplifters detained by security is up 60 percent from last year"

Isn't this due largely to more security guards and more security cameras?

"and overall losses from theft are up 45 percent"

So, even with more detained, losses are up? - Goes back to prove point number one...
