The rulling elite of 1947/ 1989 were also somewhat lavish in 'Government paid favours' . However some people paid by the death penalty for opposing a regime that assumed 'total control' over the population.
Is this what brave people paid the ultimate sacrifice for?
Junior ministers take note)- Draught legislation with overwhelming support 'Yes we can'.
