Páleníček and Čechová play at Sts. Simon and Jude Church

Cello player Jan Páleníček and pianist Jitka Čechová are two-thirds of the award-winning Smetana Trio, one of the finest chamber ensembles in the country. For this appearance as a duo, they will be playing two Beethoven sonatas and Martinů's Variations on a Slovak Folk Song.
