The young French flutist Magali Mosnier will be in town Monday night for a performance with the Prague Philharmonia, soloing on a flute concerto by Jacques Ibert under the baton of Jakub Hrůša. Mosnier has been a rising star on the European concert circuit since 2001, when she started winning international competitions. The rest of the program looks equally engaging: two pieces by Charles Ives and a double concerto for two string orchestras by Martinů. Rudolfinum, March 15 at 7:30
