As we reported late last year, the Czech Republic is to host the new administrative headquarters of the EU’s satellite navigation project, Galileo.
Conceived as an independent and more advanced alternative to the GPS system pioneered by the U.S. Military, the project has however been under increasing pressure as costs skyrocket and delays worsen, as partner service Europarltv reports.
