The Prague Post discussion “Are Books Dead?” took place Nov. 17 before a crowd of nearly 100 people at the National Gallery. The event stretched into the night, with plenty of questions from the audience and animated debate taking place after the panel discussion had concluded.

There has been a great deal of discussion lately about the future of print media, especially books and newspapers. How can books and print newspapers compete with digital media and the Internet? This topic will be taken up at a discussion hosted by The Prague Post Thursday, November 18 at 7pm at the National Gallery in Holešovice. This is the third in a series of prefatory notes leading up to the discussion.
