Aero takes flight

After successfully overseeing the restructuring of the aircraft manufacturer Aero Vodochody, Peter Ondro has stepped down as president of the company and has been succeeded by Igor Hulák.

Ondro will continue to serve as a consultant for Aero, which is owned by the private equity group Penta. Ondro will also take on a new task for the company, overseeing the creation of the largest meat producer in Central Europe by integrating several meat-processing companies recently purchased by the group.
Orco has named Keith Lindsay CEO of its hospitality group. Lindsay will be responsible for the operation of MaMaison hotels and apartments and the Sunčani Hvar Hotels in Croatia. He is also responsible for the asset management of Orco’s hotel properties and new investments.

Lindsay joins Orco from AIG Global Real Estate, where he was the global head of hospitality investments. Prior to AIG, Lindsay was the chief operating officer of Envergure and Louvre Hotels, the second-largest European chain of hotels.
Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has named David Barnes the new director of the Four Seasons hotel in Prague.

Originally from California, Barnes started to work for Four Seasons as a hotel manager in 2006. He came to the company with more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, working at four locations run by Benchmark Hotels, including a resort in Lake Tahoe and serving five years as the general director of Chaminade Resort and Spa.
Barnes graduated from University of California at Santa Cruz in 1993. He is fluent in English and French.
 
Tomáš Běhounek
has become a partner at the law firm BNT – Pravda & Partner.
Běhounek
At BNT, Běhounek specializes in advising foreign investors in the area of real estate law, corporate law and commercial contracts. He has served as an attorney-at-law for the firm since 2005 and previously worked for three years at the Municipal Court in Prague.
Běhounek studied law at the Faculty of Law at the University of Western Bohemia in Plzeň and is completing his graduate studies at Charles University. He also lectures on commercial contracts and real estate law and teaches at Charles University.
