QPG has four new leaders

The Prague-based real estate developer Quinlan Private Golub (QPG) has made a number of new appointments to its international team.Avi Nota was named director for new territories. He has more than 30 years of property development experience as an investor and developer. He joined QPG in 2007, focusing on establishing operations in Central and Eastern Europe.
He previously served as the deputy CEO of Mizrahi Bank and most recently as the CEO of AFI Europe. Nota graduated from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem with a BA in economics and international relations; he also holds an MBA from the same university.Nota’s supporting team consists of individual country managers, three of whom have been recently appointed. Zeev Kaufman will serve as country manager in Croatia. Kaufman previously worked in real estate and trade in Latin & Central America and Europe. He holds an MBA in marketing and a BA in economics from the University of Tel Aviv. Rafi Timor will lead operations in Romania. Prior to QPG, Timor worked for 30 years in Israel, Europe, Africa, the United Sates and Russia. He specialized in the management of large-scale development projects.Niram Goldbroom was named Lithuania’s country manager. Goldbroom worked as a country manager in Poland for Canada-Israel and for Brinks’ Eastern Europe. He was also an attaché to Poland and the head of the Israeli Defense Ministry delegation. He holds an M.A. in international public affairs, sociology and criminology from Haifa University.The Czech branch of EMC, a multinational company focused on data storage and information management, named Petra Adamová its marketing manager. Adamová, 29, comes to EMC after working for two years at Oracle Czech Republic. At Oracle she held the post of education sales and marketing representative. She previously worked at a number of IT companies, including Gitus and IT Systems, where she dealt with marketing issues, external corporate presentations and sales training and support programs. Adamová graduated from the Business Academy in Třeboň and later studied at the State Language School in České Budějovice.
