Property director for DTZ

The real estate advisory firm DTZ has named Martin Kubík the director of its property and asset management team in Prague. Kubík, 33, joins DTZ from Euro Mall Center Management, where he served as country director.

Kubík began his professional career at Foras, where he worked as the marketing manager at the Futurum shopping center in Brno, south Moravia. Afterward, he became managing director of the Europark shopping centers. He is a graduate of the University of Ostrava, where he focused on marketing and business.
Kubík’s team of nearly 50 building management specialists is also adding three new members: Kateřina Gutová, Žaneta Vilková and Lenka Procházková.
Carole Spiller has joined the real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) as a hotel analyst. Spiller, 29, joins C&W with a background in management consulting, focused on hotel development and investment.

For the past three years, Spiller developed the consulting firm Lissi & Partners in Switzerland, which supported business development for entrepreneurs in the hotel industry. Spiller began her career with Obermatt Partners in Zürich, where she worked as a financial analyst.
Spiller has an MBA from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland. She is a native speaker of Italian and French and speaks fluent German and English.
The logistics firm ProLogis has named Edita Šimková its leasing coordinator for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Šimková most recently worked in the European Union funding sector, focusing on research and EU programs. Prior to this she was a manager at Unisphere Trading, setting up and managing the company’s Prague office. She has also worked in the tax department of the consulting firm Arthur Andersen.
Šimková graduated from the University of Economics in Prague with a degree in marketing and finance. She is fluent in English and has conversational knowledge of Russian.
