Hladík, 36, will work with PPF shareholder Jiří Šmejc. Hladík worked in the protocol department of the President’s Office from 1996 to 2003 and since then has served as chief of staff to former President Václav Havel.

He was responsible for the launch of the “199” anti-corruption hot line, in cooperation with the Interior Ministry. From 2002 to 2006, he worked as a manager on various TI projects aimed at reducing corruption in the public sector.
Štička holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and a law degree from Charles University, as well as a master’s degree in political science from the Central European University in Budapest.
