New partners for Braun

The law firm BPV Braun Haškovcová has added three new partners to its management: Pavel Vincík, David Vosol and Fritjof Winkelmann. They will join founding partners Arthur Braun and Thu Nga Haškovcová in running the firm.

Prior to joining Braun Haškovcová, Vincík, 33, had worked at the Haarmann Hemmelrath law firm since 1996, first as a legal trainee and later as a lawyer. Vincík studied both law and economics, and is particularly experienced in the fields of business law, real estate law and procedural law.
Vosol, 32, gained his first experience abroad at an international law firm based in Prague. He holds an MBA and his expertise lies in transactions and acquisitions in corporate and real estate law. He also has considerable experience in restructuring processes and banking and financial law.

Winkelmann, 41, worked for seven years at a midsize law office based in Germany and later moved to Haarmann Hemmelrath. He specializes in conducting trials and his professional interests are insurance law, real estate law and renewable energy.

The Internet search giant Google has a new marketing manager for its activities in the Czech Republic. Kateřina Holcmanová joined the company in September after spending the past two years at Google’s local competitor, Atlas.cz, where she was a product management director as well as marketing and PR manager. Holcmanová is a graduate of the Faculty of Humanities at Charles University.

Cushman & Wakefield, one of the world’s largest commercial real estate service firms, has added two employees to the industrial team of its Prague office.

Mayumi Yokozeki joins the firm from the Japanese property market, where she spent six years working for one of the largest Japanese real estate companies, Mitsui Real Estate Sales Company. Yokozeki graduated from Mukogawa Women’s University and speaks Japanese and English.

Robert Böcker joins Cushman & Wakefield as a junior industrial agent. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Západočeská univerzita in Plzeň, west Bohemia, and is currently completing a master’s degree at Charles University in Prague. He speaks fluent English and French and is a beginner in Spanish.
