Rezidence Korunní

Rezidence Korunní will offer approximately 270 apartments, 18 design studios and some ground-floor commercial space adjacent to Korunní street in Vinohrady. The development project, slated to cost 1.3 billion Kč, will consist of three parts — Boulevard, Villa and Industrial. Boulevard will feature a six-floor residential apartment complex with balconies. The eastern and southern part of the project, called Villa, will be designed for top-quality housing. The western top-class part of Rezidence Korunní — Industrial — will border on the existing residential project Korunní dvůr. The project will also feature an underground parking lot, cellars and security service.
Arboreum

Arboreum residential project will introduce Prague’s Košíře neighborhood to 152 new apartment units located in five buildings and four villa houses, each with their own private garden. The project will offer a wide choice of apartments and underground garages will be available to residents. The location provides many civic amenities, including a kindergarten and elementary school within walking distance. The city bus line serves the area, terminating at nearby Šmukýřka and Anděl. Zličín shopping center, just 6 kilometres (3.73 miles) away from Arboreum, is easily accessible by car. In addition, residents will be able to drive to Ruzyně Airport in approximately 20 minutes.
Plzeň Plaza
Location: Plzeň, west Bohemia
Size: 27,000 square meters
Retail space: 19,500 square meters

Plaza Centers plans to open one of its unique “concept centers” in Plzeň by the end of the year. The shopping and entertainment center, called Plzeň Plaza, will be over three floors and include an adjacent 450-spot parking garage. The center and parking will be connected with an underground tunnel that will mainly serve the supermarket and main tenants, including a range of sports and fashion labels. The center will also offer a cinema, bowling alley, disco with bar, video arcade, billiard tables and an Internet café. Currently, 85 percent of the center’s shopping space is already leased.
