DTZ appoints director

The global real estate and consulting firm DTZ has appointed Petr Šulc as its new finance director for the Czech Republic.

Šulc, 33, previously worked as the finance and administrative director at Optimum Distribution, an exclusive importer of branded cosmetic products, such as Chanel and Dior, to the Czech and Slovak markets. There, Šulc oversaw corporate finance as well as customer service and logistics.
Šulc is a graduate of the University of Technology in Brno. He is certified by the Union of Accountants’ Institute of the Czech Republic and, after completing his postgraduate studies at the Association of Certified Accountants, will become fully certified under IAS.
The OKIN Group, an outsourcing company and real-estate management firm, has added four new managers.
Peter Zán, 38, was appointed the new financial director of the group. He is a graduate of the University for Economics in Prague and France’s ESCEM School of Business and Management. Last year, he worked for Crown Relocations as their financial controller, where he was responsible for more than 20 countries.

Zdeněk Uher, 60, has been tapped to lead OKIN’s office in Ukraine.

In recent years, he has worked as a consultant and adviser for Unitender, which he helped establish in 2004. Prior to Unitender, he was employed by various construction companies, where he was responsible for managing developers’ projects and commercial activities in Russia. Uher graduated from the Czech Technical University (ČVUT) in Prague.
Jan Fimbinger, 38, is the company’s new IT director. He comes from Telefónica O2, where he worked as an NT administrator for 13 years. Fimbinger graduated from the Faculty of Nuclear Sciences and Physical Engineering at ČVUT.

Roman Trnka, 33, will direct the company’s newly established strategic development department. Trnka previously worked at OKIN as sales director and was responsible for the company’s entry into Ukraine. Before joining OKIN in 2002, Trnka worked for ISS Česká republika.
