AmRest has new manager

AmRest, operator of the KFC fast-food restaurants in the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria and Russia, has introduced a new KFC brand manager, Olgier Danielewicz. Based in Wrocław, Poland, Danielewicz will oversee KFC’s operations on the Czech and Polish markets. He started his career at AmRest in 1998, when he joined the company as an assistant manager at a KFC restaurant in Wrocław. Later on, he worked in various managerial positions within the company, for example as president of the Burger King brand.

Hana Nevřalová has joined the Prague office of the Norton Rose law firm as a senior lawyer, working on their telecommunications and competition team. Nevřalová previously worked at Telefónica O2 Czech Republic, where she was responsible for competition and regulatory issues. Her experience includes legal issues related to marketing, advertising and consumer and data protection. At O2 she gained experience in dealing with the Czech Anti-Monopoly Office and the Czech Telecommunications Office, and was also seconded to the London office of O2.

Nevřalová
Previously, Nevřalová worked at the IT Ministry as a director for legislation and later as a legal specialist. She received her master’s degree in law from Palacký University in Olomouc and her Ph.D. from Masaryk University in Brno.
Meanwhile, Ondřej Žváček has joined the banking team of Norton Rose Prague as a senior associate. Žváček came from the Prague office of the international law firm Linklaters, where he worked in domestic and international finance, including leveraged finance, real estate finance and regulatory issues. He was also seconded to Linklaters in London. Žváček has been included in the Chambers Global Guide and the Legal 500 EMEA for Banking & Finance, Czech Republic. He is a graduate of Charles University in Prague.
