Lewandowski

IT company LogicaCMG has promoted the English-born Zofia Lewandowski as its commercial director for Central and Eastern Europe. From her Czech office, she will focus mostly on markets in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Austria. Lewandowski has worked in various positions at LogicaCMG since 1989. Before moving to Prague, she worked as the commercial director in the Netherlands.

Lewandowski hopes that her Polish roots — both of her parents are Poles — will help her better understand Czech.

Činátl
Czech bank Česká spořitelna, a member of the Austrian-based Erste Group, has reported personnel changes in its management.

René Činátl was appointed the director of management consulting at Česká spořitelna's subsidiary Consulting ČS. He focuses on risk management, financial management, project management and market research, among other things. Činátl joined Consulting ČS from the rating agency Moody's Central Europe, where he worked as business director. Činátl also serves as an international volleyball referee.

Švec
Meanwhile, Milan Švec became the director of financial and economic consulting at Consulting ČS. He is responsible for preparing projects that can draw financial support from EU funds, and transforming companies. Švec came to Consulting ČS with experience in the banking sector, as well with project management, which he developed in his previous job at the Interim Management company.

The Erste Bank Group has invited five Česká spořitelna executives to participate in the strategic development of its new acquisitions in Romania (Banca Commerciala Romana) and Ukraine (Prestige Bank). Marek Ambrož, Pavel Cetkovský, Jozef Síkela, Martin Škopek and Josef Šurýn will now focus on the company's new eastern subsidiaries.

Škopek has accepted the position as a member of the board of directors at Romanian bank BCR. Cetkovský and Síkela will take over positions as members of the board of directors at Ukrainian bank Prestige. Ambrož becomes the head of the Retail Risk Division at BCR. Šurýn will be involved in credit risk management at Prestige.

Kypta
Rudolf Kypta and Miroslav Červenka were appointed new members of the executive board of financial group ING in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Kypta, who worked until recently as the director of controlling, will also serve as financial director.

Červenka
Apart from his duties on the executive board, Červenka will serve as both IT and operations director.
