Ateliery Spektrum

The Ateliery Spektrum residential project is not far from the city center in Prague 5. From the windows you get panoramic views of downtown Prague. At the back of the building is the Prokopské Valley nature preservation. It is also near the Anděl shopping district. These spacious lofts boast high ceilings and high-quality industrial equipment and materials. It is a perfect space for living, working or doing artistic activities.

Metropole

District: Prague 5-Zličín

Size: 15,601 square meters

Residential space: 22 square meters to 178 square meters

Price: 1.2 million-8.4 million Kč

Construction begins: Summer 2007

Projected completion date: Phase I is scheduled for completion in 2008

Developer: Central Group

The Metropole residential project is Central Group's largest apartment building complex to date. This exceptional location offers great transit and public transportation connections to the center and many shopping and entertainment options at the Metropole Zličín mall. The units range in size from studios to expansive five-bedroom apartments. The project has approximately 1,400 units, the first 321 of which were put up for sale in September. Interested buyers can take advantage of introductory prices until the end of November.

MyŠák Gallery

Residential price: 8.1 million-28.5 million Kč

Office price: 18-19 euros per square meter

Projected completion date: September 2007

Developer: Sekyra Group Asset Management

The nine-story Myšák Gallery is quickly taking shape in the city center and should be finished by next September. The new modern building blends nicely with the other surrounding buildings. Myšák Gallery will offer 10,400 square meters of office, retail and residential space. In the three basement levels, there will be storage space and nearly 90 tenant parking spaces. There will also be around-the-clock security service, sprinklers and a camera monitoring system. All rooms will have air conditioning.
