The Ateliery Spektrum residential project is not far from the city center in Prague 5. From the windows you get panoramic views of downtown Prague. At the back of the building is the Prokopské Valley nature preservation. It is also near the Anděl shopping district. These spacious lofts boast high ceilings and high-quality industrial equipment and materials. It is a perfect space for living, working or doing artistic activities.

The Metropole residential project is Central Group's largest apartment building complex to date. The nine-story Myšák Gallery is quickly taking shape in the city center and should be finished by next September. The new modern building blends nicely with the other surrounding buildings. Myšák Gallery will offer 10,400 square meters of office, retail and residential space. In the three basement levels, there will be storage space and nearly 90 tenant parking spaces. There will also be around-the-clock security service, sprinklers and a camera monitoring system. All rooms will have air conditioning.
