He has won several creative awards, including an ADC Nutcracker and a London International Advertising Award.

The promotion of Microsoft's Roman Šuk to customer-care director for Central and Eastern Europe opened the door for David Frantík to become the customer-care director for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Frantík has worked with Microsoft since 2004, when he joined the company from the IBM Business Consulting Services company. Frantík studied at the Czech Technical University in Brno, south Moravia.

David Szendzielarz was appointed retail acquisition manager for Quinlan Private Golub. He will be based in the Prague head office and will be responsible for the continued expansion of Quinlan Private Golub's retail portfolio in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.
