A desire to bring in managers with international experience led Brno-based tractor maker Zetor to select Vojtech Pánik to lead the firm. Pánik replaced Vratislav Goj as the company's CEO. Pánik has a master's degree in management from the University of Economics in Bratislava, and in the late 1990s was in the top management of Sony Slovakia. He started working for Zetor in 2003.

After completing her studies at the Mining University in Ostrava in north Moravia, Lamzová kicked off her professional career at international consultancy firm Ernst & Young. She later moved on to Austrian VA TECH Praha. Before joining Sodexho to take the new post, Lamzová was general director of Global Express.

Alternative telecommunications operator TELE 2 recently introduced a new spokeswoman, Alexandra Gjuric. She assumes responsibility for media relations, public relations, communication strategy and market analyses.

Gjuric studied personnel management at Charles University in Prague. She honed her public relations skills in international PR agency Weber Shandwick, in Prima TV and as a spokesperson and communications director of Internet portal Atlas.cz.

As an account manager of communication activities, she has worked with varied clients including Fourniére Laboratoires, Gilead, Czech Gas Union and CzechInvest.
