Hegarty
Niamh Hegarty has relocated from the United States to Prague to take the job of human resources manager at GE Money Bank. She previously worked in the same position in GE Advanced Materials–Americas.

After working in human resources in her native Ireland for several years, Hegarty joined GE Plastic in Ireland in 1996. From 2000 the company promoted her to work in one of its global human resources departments in the United States. In 2004 she was named human resources manager at GE Advanced Materials–Americas.

Hegarty graduated from University College in Dublin and also holds an MBA from Trinity College in Dublin. Hegarty speaks five languages: English, Spanish, French, Dutch and Portuguese.

Pergl
Václav Pergl has been named head of project management at software company Kerio Technologies. Pergl's key task in his new position will be to coordinate projects developed in the company. Pergl's professional experience includes work as an IT projects manager and analyzing corporate processes in a number of companies, including engineering giant Škoda, a.s.

The Europolis Real Estate Asset Management company has appointed a new manager in the finance and accounting department — Hana Matějková. She becomes responsible for the management of Europolis Group's financial activities on the Czech market.

Matějková

Matějková, a member of English accounting chamber ACCA, studied banking and finance at Charles University in Prague. She previously worked as an audit specialist at Ernst & Young and, most recently, as the group reporting manager at Pilsner Urquell brewery.

Krbečková
Another personnel change within the finance department recently occurred at Atradius insurance company, where the company named Lenka Krbečková as financial director. Krbečková joined Atradius from trading firm Nico Praha, where she also worked as the financial director.

Krbečková studied finance at the University of Economics in Prague. At the same time, she studied public law at the Police Academy.

Mittal Steel Ostrava, a subsidiary of the world's largest steel company. Mittal Steel, has recently made changes in its board of directors. František Chowaniec has moved from the directors' board to the supervisory board to serve as chairman. Meanwhile, Gregor Johannes Münstermann and Miroslav Stančík became new members of the board of directors. The company also appointed Münstermann as Mittal Steel Ostrava's CEO.

Yvona Legierská, former deputy finance minister, will become the new deputy labor and social affairs minister for economic affairs. Legierská worked as a deputy finance minister from April 2001 to April 2004, responsible for taxes and customs.
