Most of the main local orchestras have put down their instruments for the season. A few visiting groups are taking up the slack. The Chicago Youth Symphony Orchestra and Encore Chamber Orchestra play works by Rossini, Schubert, Barber, Beethoven and Mozart. June 25 at 8, Dvořák Hall, Rudolfinum DANCE The dance festival Tanec Praha runs until June 30 with visiting companies this week from Iceland, Poland and Africa showing off their latest pieces at Archa, Roxy NoD and Ponec.
