Movers and Shakers

Bedřich Danda, head of the Association of Entrepreneurs of the Czech Republic, has been appointed chairman of the board at auto breakdown assistance company Autoklub Bohemia Assistance (ABA). Recent personnel changes occurred a month after ABA was taken over by market rival ÚAMK. It bought a 69 percent stake in ABA for 67 million Kč ($2.7 billion), thus becoming the Czech market leader in the field.

Kousalík

Kousalík has worked in capital markets for the past three years. Most recently, he worked as a structured products broker at Commerzbank in Prague. Kousalík said part of his strategic plan is to develop Cyrrus into a leading asset management provider. In the short term, he is seeking a license for the company to trade in financial derivatives. Procházka will focus on public relations and boosting Cyrrus
